I like Colossus's introduction for the sense it gives of his personality, and Storm's because of how it emphasizes her power—from the first time I read the series, I loved that the biggest powerhouses on the team were always the women. And I love Nightcrawler's because he was my favorite as a teenager and I always did like a good woobie. (And the high drama too, of course!
I also have a soft spot for the very brief introductions of Banshee and Sunfire, which actually manage to get their personalities across pretty well!)
