X-Men Classic

I'm similar, although I do have a soft spot for Wolverine duo stories. He works for me if he's got other people to contrast with and doesn't get to take over the whole story. (... And now I'm imagining Wolverine monologuing at a talking city that monologues back at him. Or possibly conversing with the narrator a la Cyclops in that one early issue. I don't think that would be a good idea in the long term, but maybe just once... Alternately, I need to get some rest.)

(I don't ever find Sabretooth interesting--he can be the cause of interesting stories, as a terrifying obstacle to be faced and overcome, but the guy himself bores me.)
